Right to not boar anyone, i have a 05 plate st which is on gaz coilovers and RS7's last chrimbo i had to replace both driveshafts as the cv joints went. I had to pay for this as fords said as it was lowered it was not covered by the warenty. so anyway, Another yr has passed and guess what, i am getting the same clicking noise when i turn the wheel when driving along. I cant see how only i have this problem as others have gaz coilovers and other st's are on RS7's and theres are fine.

I am now going to replace the driveshaft, get the major service and mot done in march then put it up for sale as i am fed up with having to do this every year.

anyone have any ideas why it is knocking the cv joints out, it is not low low

I am after some help from all you advisors or people that know a bit about cars,

At christmas i had the offisde cv joint replaced, because i had a clicking noise when i turned left, this cured the noise but i had to pay for it as fords said because it was lowered this is why it knocked it out, so i paid, then a few months down the line the near side went, so i had this changed but at work as was cheaper,

Now the offside one is making a clicking noise again, It is lowered on gaz colovers, and was fine for like a year and half now it seems to be doing it all the time, I have Rs7 on which are the same size but half a inch wider,
Any idea anyone as to why it keeps knoking cv joints, when others that have lowered there car done seem to have this problem.??
