Paint fading

Just wondering if theres any paint fading like on the actual car compared to underneath the stripes because my stripes are a bit of a state i dont no what the person did to them, theres bits like ripped off here and there but wondered if like i took them off and then but some new ones on but they werent in the exact same place that there would be any paint fading? I hope you understand what i meen lol

So i got home from work ....

To find that someone had stolen the caps off my alloys that cover up the bolts, all bloody 4 of them. How bad can people get i meen if your going to steal something you make it something good not plastic caps but still a bit pissed off - any idea where i can get some from apart from ford as there 13.50each from there

Front Ford Badge

So the Ford badge on my front grill has like gained somekind of air bubble looking bubbles on it :-S this happened to any1 else? any1 no what it is? I pressed them and there solid cause i thought maybe water or something but then its not a sticker or anything is it? Its the origional badge

I took my car to Ford ......

I took my car to Ford on Wednesday so yesterday lol to get a couple of things looked at under my warrenty which was a creeking sound as i pulled off slowly which i thought was coming from the back and an ECU update, so i went in to collect my car and they said it had all been sorted - the ECU update has worked a treat no problems with starting at any time - but as i was driving home i heard the creeking still but this time coming from the front, to my boyfriends delight cause he kept telling me it was coming from the front but i wouldnt listen.

So i ring back this morning to explain that it was my fault and id told them the creek was in the wrong place so got it re-booked in for tuesday next week so i thought id book it in at my local garage tomorrow to get my balancing and tracking checked as the steering wheel vibration is just stupid and it pulls to the left, so managed to get it in 2morow moring and i went to check my alloy lock was in the car ready to find that ford hadnt put it back in after theyd finished with the car, so i check all round my car just to be sure its not rolled under the seat or anything. So i ring Ford and explained that the lock was missing and they were like no problem come in and well find it for you, so i go back this morning and the women was like have you checked all your car (like im some idiot that doesnt think to check before i ring) and im like yeh its not there i left it on my seat with the service log, and shes like well has it fell out the car while youve been at home and im like no cause ive not had it at home i thought that youd just put it either with the spare wheel or back in the glove box are you sure it didnt fall out here when you took the books? and she was just like no! so anyway she went and checked the area the car had been worked on and left me sitting there for half an hour without telling me that they werent looking for it straight away, so i tell her to ring me when theyve found it and she said if they dont find it theyll sort me out a new set of locks and nuts and im like ok but im not paying for them cause youve lost them and she just looks at me and is like yeh ok then (I had to ring the other garage to cancel my balancing). So about 2hours later she rings back saying they cant find them if i took it in straight away theyd cut the new ones there while i waited and grind the old ones off (so i ring back the other garage and rebook it in), so after about 45mins she comes out and was like so weve managed to get the front ones off but we cant get the back ones off, its going to take us about 2hours to do it and im like well i have to be at work in an hour and shes like oh ok so i ask her if they can do it when i take it back in next week and she said yeh thats fine, but i said waht about my balancing which i now need to cancel again because you cant fix it and she just looked at me and was like we can do it for you and im like i cant afford to have it done here cause its not covered by warrenty and its just to expensive when the other garage charge £35 so she said that as theyll have the wheels off anyway they can sort it for me then for free

So after such a palaver cause of 1 lost alloy lock i managed to get some free stuff out of them at least, i have to say its the first bad experince ive had with ford but it just pissed me off the way they wouldnt take the blame for using it then tried to charge me for a new set
