Been thinking about this for a while, not sure if this has been mentioned before, but how about combining the East and West to make a larger region.
Both regions are quite small in comparison to others, so why not combine and myself and whoever becomes the next East Midlands rep can work together.
Just an idea, please be gentle

I know theres probably a long process to go through but..
Could we get some discount at
http://www.cleanyourcar.co.uk ?
I know a lot of people buy their detailing kit through the site, I wouldnt have known about it if a member hadnt told me, so they have got at least one new customer through
Just a thought.

I have just been looking at the
Timeslip and
Handbook features on the site and was wondering if anyone had looked at them.
There are a number off good guides on the site, how can these be added to the ones in the Handbook?
I will be putting some info up after the rolling road (assuming I get more than 150PS

i've been looking alot recently for hoses etc and i keep looking on the suggested sites for the little engine type bits but this on ebay shop seems to always be cheaper
http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Auto-Performance-Silicone-Hosesplus the parts come mostly oversized so you can cut it all down to the size you require rather then worrying it might be the wrong size ie too short....
it's only a suggestion but i think they'd be good to get onside and even cheaper then they are now if they did STOC members a discount!!

Has a 'Product Review' section ever been looked at?
I think it'd be a good addition to the site in regards for people who are looking to buy things for there Fez like performance mods, detailing gear ect ect... to see wether there any good and how actual people on this site rate things that they've bought and tested themselves.
Cheers
Dan

I have been a member of a couple of other car clubs before getting a Fez ST and joining fiestastoc. (AccordTypeR and Scoobynet). A decision was made on these forums that all advertised items had to have a price against them.
This is not ebay so why do we post up items without prices? This wastes everyone's time, both potential buyers and sometimes sellers.
If you want a bidding war then put it on ebay. If you are selling to fellow enthusiasts then why not make it clear what you want for the items?
I would also like to suggest that the first reply's on the thread should be accepted before PM's. I am sure we have all been frustrated at times, loosing out because the PM was accepted over an earlier reply in the thread? All responses to the advertised item are clear for all to see and in order.
Just a thought

Hi Guys
I'd like to Suggest a new Detailing section. I know most forums has one and was surprised this one didnt when i joined. There quite usefull on getting members to look after there cars, seeing some of the finishes some of the guys get on there cars, guides on how to detail properly.
Is this something you will look into?
Cheers
Edit: I would like to add that i know that 'car care' is mixed in one of the sections but detailing is quite a big thing and a dedicated forum would be nice, i think it'd be used quite alot and teach some of the members quite abit aswell. I've got loads of handy guides i could put in there.

Hi all,
Other than the typical Sticker and Clothes.
What other types of Merchandise would you like to see offered by the club? Any original ideas, or things you've seen in other clubs?
Reply with your ideas here!

I need to get one of the optional Owners Club etched effect decals that goes beneath the main club URL that you get free with your membership. DMB were selling them on their website up until recently, but they are now saying all club stickers must be ordered through the club shop now.
Its the sticker that reads FIESTA ST OWNERS CLUB.
I cannot find what I want in the shop anywhere, please help!

Hi Jim,
Been thinking about this for a while.
There is another forum i use a fair bit and it has the option of a thanks button and think it would work well in here.
So many times i have given advice and received good advice and have posted to say thanks.
it gives you a summary of how many thanks u have received and how many u have sent under your avatar pic.
Just wondered if this option was available on this version? and maybe we should try it?
Thanks
Dal

I hope Ive not missed this thread elsewhere just thought Id give some feedback on the trial forums.
Im not sure why we have these now as we had a place for everything to begin with. But for me there are to many places to look now, I dont want to have to spend more time flicking between forums seeing if theres anything around. And as it is I dont think with the different bits cut up there will be enough to fill up any one forum.
my 2 pennies, dont shoot me!

Guys,
Just a thought, on another forum I use, the project diary threads are in a seperate thread or sub-forum if you like. Personally I find it harder to follow peoples progress and updates when the diaries are mixed with other random photos etc?
Just wondering if this would be possible, to have a designated project section?

Not sure if this is in the right section, please move if not
I've just been looking around the focus forum and they sell
THESE keyrings in the club shop

and i think they look great, but it says focus on them.
Would it be possible to sort something like that out, as i want one and i'm sure others will aswell
Thanks, Rick

Would it be possible to insert a members garage link in to their profile, so for example when you click on their name 'Garage' appears in the list along with 'Profile' etc...?

Just noticed that anyone who replies to a topic have went to single comments rather than the full posts. If you know what i mean.
When did this happen or is it only me. Thanks.

So my car isn't one of the thumbs
I made this though

Maybe the thumbs collection could have all cars with sidestripes too?
Small I know, but I felt it.
