I've noticed that my air-con goes round in cycles, it blows ice cold then cool, then ice cold, then cool etc etc. Subtle but deffo changes, does anyone else's do this?

P.S. I have it set so that the air cycles round the car rather than having it come in from the outside (the button opposite the A/C one), this way it's more powerful

You're correct in using the recirc button, that way it cools down quicker as it's chilling already cool air rather than trying to constantly cool fresh air, although it's recommended to turn that button off once every so often (e.g. for 5 mins every hour or two) just to refresh the air in the cabin.

The fluctuating temperature is probably just down to the loading on the engine changing or the amount of air passing over the evaporator.
