Blown engine., had an unfortunate problem..

Well my internet is back up today so thought id share with the rest of u that couple night ago i managed to blow me gine up on m25, cruizin along at 70 n believe and from what i can remember i was changin gear, put in 1st by accident, silly mistake just wasnt thinking and blown the engine, found shards of metal which is piston in exhaust and had sean aka dlkel come round next morning so we could both take spark plugs out n see damage..

put it staight, i F***ed it haha, very guttin thing to happen but just means one thing, big plans are now unravling, no im not upset, if anything i aint bothered due to plans i have that are coming up which only couple people know about but when it does happen it will be a good suprise, so wanna say thanks to faye (lilladyst) who was in car wid me, mc2(martin) and savage(jason) for waiting around for me while d&g came to tow motor home, and also thanks to sean for coming round nice n early next morning to have a look under bonnet wid me ).gif

anyway i will keep you all informed on whats going on but a big project will be taking place from here, not sure on dates yet but pics of car will be up shortly and new plans for car!

Holy s****, what was it like putting it in to first @ 70mph? The car must have had rapid deceleration, did you nearly cause an accident?

no mate no cars on road but me and martins car, ye it was a wierd situation to be in, car felt like it hit a big wall of matresses, her a bang and i cudnt even see out my rear window due to ammount of smoke, just darted for hard shoulder in time before car cut out completely, no other cars was involved, faye started screamin n i was laghin funny enuff lol..

If youd been wearing race-boots and a helmet, and fully doubled the clutch, you'd have pulled it off. cuz you'd of been pro!

On a more serious note: Damn that sucks. Find a Rear ended ST225 and try and squeeze it in the fiesta lol. And of course a run-about till its finished.....
