Fantastic mate. i had a 185 upgrade done on wednesday. Went down to Essex to get it done b rousch, only 1799! bargain thats with fitting and warranty. Really impressive garage, escpecially the 1000bhp ford gt lol was mental. The 185 upgrade basically gives you an impressive boost in power, wich holds all the ay to 7500 revs. go to www.mountuneperformance.com for more info on kits. Or speak to ANWP on board for info ( he works at mountune ). w3dal can answer question about the 165 kit. an questions just ask. heres a video of exhaust note

Had my 165 kit several weeks now, brilliant, pleased I had it done, nice but not loud sound, pulls so much stronger without falling away, lots more torque, very driveable, if anything better mpg, howling manifold at 5000+rpm, car feels that bit more special now when you start up.
I recommend it especially as it is a "one-stop-kit" no messing with different makes/parts, it does what is says on the tin and does it ever so well.

I went for the Pumaspeed 190kit as I thought it was much cheaper than the Mountune kit. Not much in it fitted by the looks of things.

I also went for the Pumaspeed kit as I heard the Mountune kit was VERY loud. Hearing the sound clip I would say the Pumaspeed kit is louder!

The 190kit is excellent and the 185 Mountune sounds a great deal if you car is still under warranty.

Anyone purchased those mad 2 grand seats yet lol.gif

nicy. Nope its not loud whatsoever, only on throttle, off throttle at any speed fine, at 70mph on motorway more wind noise than car.

enjoy your 190horses.

I am thinking of getting the mountune upgrades however i have a question What do you tell your insurance companys?
I mean do you just state that you have the Mountune upgrades.. and the company allready knows what they are?
For example if you tell a Company like Adran Flux you have the kit they will know what the spec/advantages of the kit are, because they have a knowledge of the FEZ ST
Where as an NON specialist car company like elephant or admiral might not know what the hell it is and would therefore find it difficult explain to
them what the spec is. Can you see what i mean.

I am with Flux. I broke down all the modifications just to make it clear. When I got the 190kit fitted my premium only went up £60 for the remaining 8 months. I am an old fart though!

If it was really 190 horses then I would be estatic! Let's be honest, I don't know many who have had over 180 bhp from their 190kit. I love it though. 32 bhp up on standard is noticeable thumbsup.gif
