I actually quite like it, I can imagine it hunkered down on bigger wheels with beefed up bumpers and side skirts for an ST model (or whatever variant it becomes).

Also worth noting if you read down the blog, it's due for release at the end of next year. I doubt they'll release an ST/RS/etc version at launch so it could be early 2010 before we see a hot version.

Does anyone else think peugeot 207 or 308 when u look at it front on?
Or is it just me cos i work with peugeots all day? lol
I love the new shape Fiesta tho, and i am seriously tempted to suffer my 1.4 a bit longer till the Mk7 ST comes out

Yeah Arun, I noticed your thread straight after I posted mine. That'll teach me for not looking hard enough for a similar thread!
If you think Ford makes nice looking, under-powered hatches, look no further than the 308 GTi. Same 175bhp that's in the 207. 308 weighs more, go figure....
