1) an overactive traction control system

I've currently got a mk2 facelift focus ST and one of my biggest problems is traction control. Let the wheels spin!

2) anything bigger than 1600cc
it doesn't need a big engine a small engine with a turbo will do the job

3) centre caps that fall out at a sign of a bump in the road

4) rubbish seats. I need to be able to get a baby in the back of mine I don't want some daft bucket seat stopping me.

5) St badges on the side just one on the boot will do

6) performance blue. Retire it and bring a new shade out.

1) i totally agree
2) wouldnt realy mind myself but would be sweet to have a turbo plus cost slightly less to fill up
3) get new wheels lol
4) is this relating to the fiesta or focus ST?
5) i say the badges on the side look nice but each to their own
6) BRING BACK IMPEARIAL BLUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how can ford put this on a bloody ka (fair enough it is the street ka but still) and not even the new focus RS has it?! Posted Image

I SAY BRING US A NEW FIESTA RS 1.6 TURBO WITH A LSD AS STANDARD AND MINIMUM 200BHP!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just a couple of things...

  • 0-60 figure greater than 7 seconds
  • A stupid 5 speed gearbox
  • Powershift dry clutch autobox madness
  • No engine modification potential
  • Power output less than 180bhp
  • That sh!te interior, get rid of it
  • Boring standard seats, put something more special in that looks nice and supports your back
  • Standard Diff

YES, i would be happy with that, like it in red but would love some new cool colours for it to really stand out, maybe green or dark blue ish purple or something.

Oh good news actually regarding price, I forgot to mention.

I hear that Ford are going to slash their prices by up to 20% on some models to fall in line with the competition and to offset the showroom tax for 2010 and 2011. This could mean that models like the ZS will fall significantly, allowing for a higher spec ST in it's place for just a little more than the ZS costs at the moment.

Still, I paid what, £12k for my car, this is going to be more like £17k

It's all speculative of course, hell we're not 100% sure if Ford will even make the MK7 ST!!
