Hey I've made a quick decision and i have deferred my uni place and am jetting off to Australia for 6 months the reason is just broken up with my long term girlfriend and missed out on all this travelling so I've bit the bullet and am going...


What's the best things to do to the St i will be gone for 6 months! It's going to be garaged! Shall I remove the oil etc?

Dont remove the oil, but your best to google it mate

Nick,mate pop over mate...

Mate really sorry to hear that i know you was into her big time....but if your flying off,leave the oil in you need to get the car off the ground to give your tyres a break and you need to keep the battery topped up..

My dads rs is in the garage for easy 6months and he just keeps the tyres up to pressure.


Worse case mate I can go round and check on it keep the tyres up and start it and let it warm up once a month or something?I will be more then happy to help a friend in need mate

What's your plan out there?

im going to be staying with my family in new south wales. im going to go snorkel the reef.. motorbike round the outback everything i missed out on when i was 18 odd cant wait and maybe find myself a australian bird haha

Just get somebody to take it round the block once a week, if thats possible? Get them to warm it up and then whizz round, cool down and turn off.

That would seems the best thing to do?
