Hi all,
I'm gutted to announce that Joy and in due course Sean will be stepping down from the Staff Team.
Sean has been a long term member of FiestaSTOC.com, having become one of our old 'Technical Advisers', he was then offered a Staff role over a year ago. Sean has recently purchased a Focus ST, so is moving over to the dark side.
Sean, as a personal thank you from me, you've been a great benefit to the club over the years, as a member, adviser and staff... no doubt you'll still be about for a while yet. Thanks for all your efforts.
Joy... what can I say... its like removing a vital organ... Joy has been on board as Staff since.... erm.... a bloody long time! Her time and dedication behind the scenes has been second to none and unfortunately, only due to work pressures and shifts, she feels its time to hand the chance to someone else.
Joy, you've been a fantastic help to myself and the team over the years, you will be missed, but I know you'll still be about as a Club Member. Thank you very much for everything you've done to support the club and me.
... This obviously leaves open two positions on the Staff Team... I will be making an announcement about this soon.
Regards
Jim

Really sorry to see you go Sean. Only you would come to Ford Fair and attend a Club Staff meeting days after getting married (Ange is very understanding!!). I cant wait to see you all soon especially little Amy. We'll have her saying "Duratec" in no time ;)
Joy.. what can I say? You've been a great help & an endless source of support & amusement. I'm gutted you're going but life has a habit of getting in the way. Us old Grumpies will have a good chat soon

As Jim has already said. Joy has been with the club since the beginning and contributed a great amount of her time. Both in the open forums and behind the scenes in the staff/admin sections where a great deal of activity occurs.
Sean has already shown face on the Focus site and I'm sure he will make his contribution over there.
All the best to both of you.
Allan

Sean - all the very best to you in the future, thank you for your help and support on here over the years
I really am sorry to be leaving the staff team - the club has been a big part of my life for the past 6 years or so, and i am so very grateful to have been involved with it. A big thank you to everyone - Jim, the staff who have supported me, and all the members who have made the club what it is today - successful, ever growing and altogether a great place to be.
I will still be around, couldn't bear to leave it completely, and yes Ben, i shall attend meets and events when i get the chance to do so
Once again, thank you to one and all.......

Joy- Ditto to that my luv, hope to still see you in the future. I know the members will miss the dedication you put into the club.
cheers all for the lovely comments.
Its quite sad for me to be giving up my roll in the fiesta oc as its been a big part of my life for the past 6 or so years, right back to 2004 when i had my little black zetec fiesta and i met Arun & Ayesha at santapod and i was learing round Arun's car going "cor look at those wheels" lol. Quite funny when ya look back.
I still have my fiesta atm as ill be selling it to a work colleague when he can afford to buy it so you may still see it in the north london area.
But as many have said i have gone to the dark side and bought a focus st. It was the only way really that i could have a bigger car and still be involved with the club. so you'll still see me around and ill be at ford fair also so come say hi
