Hi everyone

New to the forum, have had the fiesta for few years now and have done a bit to it. Its got Newman cams and a remap and shes running 191bhp with standard inlet but the clutch is crap has anyone got a helix clutch and are they any good?

Cheers

I had one back in the day , was in for about 3 months and I had it taken out . At idle it made a wired knocking noise, went away as soon as I pressed the clutch

Made the car round like a rod bearing had gone !

Put a new stock clutch in and was perfect

...... wouldnt recommend a helix mate

That was on my forged st150 doing 227bhp at 8000rpm
Had no problem at all with a new stock clutch
Even with reving it to 8k !
