I realise it may not be more useful for existing owners, but there might be somethings that people didn't know. If everyone that reads this thread learns one thing, I'd be happy :)

Excellent idea! Mind if I link it to the thread I made for "Buying a MK6 ST??

Just a couple of things I noticed, 1st one is under the exhaust/decat section;

"Please also note, the Police are well within their right to cause you problems for running a car without a car."

2nd one is the power figures from Mountune, you've quoted them as BHP figures when they're PS, e.g. MP165 is for 165 PS not 165 bhp (which is about 162bhp)

And we all know how fussy people get about reaching an exact number!

I'll get them changed! Thanks

But the police will cause you problems if you run without a car? :p :whistle: Try walking down a dual carriageway, I'm sure they'll have something to say! :p

EDIT: Changed

Great read and awesome for a newbie who's just bought an ST or ST500 :)
When I bought mine I didnt kno what to do but ended up putting a pipercross induction kit on, bluefin chip (not gettin the value or power i shoud so took it off) full custom cobra exhaust system (de-cat'd) 45 mm lowered, flat screen head unit with 1500 watt kenwood subs linked to a 1000watt kenwood amp!!
Once again tho great post is this gives me more options now I've taken shitfin off lol
