The pump is bolted onto the block, just below where the stock PAS fluid reservoir would be.
Slip the belt off. Unbolt the pump... Then all you need to do is, undo the bolts on the pump that hold the two halves of it together. Throw away all the internals, and then refit just the half that has the pulley attached.
You should end up with something like this, as viewed from the rear of what was the pump.
