2023 is chain driven engine, wet belt driven oil pump.

They do not run the same wet belts as the 1l ecoboost.

 

As I understand it the camshafts are chain driven, oil pump has a wet toothed belt drive and the balancer shaft is gear driven from the centre of the crankshaft.
