Best Options for Stage 2

Could you provide a bit of info on your customer service experience?
I did email Collins two weeks ago to ask for details about the CP2E but they never replied (I assume they are too busy too). For me good customer service is very important.
I enquired and upgrading to CP2E last November when they had there sale on. Asked if the price shown,ÂŁ330 included the actuator fitting. He said yes so booked it in the following Saturday.
I turn up on the Saturday and the only person in the workshop was a new starter of 6 months , something I wasn't told about untill he had fitted everything.
I was told there was no one about to datalog it. Told him I wasn't happy but to crack in as it was a 3 hour drive and I wasn't wasting my time.
He then proceeded to call Gary and he said that the tech could data log it with a small had held Device and save it to a memory card and view it on a laptop. By this time Martin had arrived and looked through everything, took it out on a test drive with me and said it was hitting all of there targets.
Then comes to payment. The price had jumped from ÂŁ330 to ÂŁ369. I got Gary on the phone to explain and he reckons that because I had there CP2 map fitted at one of there dealers, technically he should of charged me full price but came up with that figure.
All in all a complete***k up from start to finish. Luckily I've had no issues with the car as I would hate to have to deal with them again.

K17CHY - I feel your pain mate. I dislike garages who treat customers like that - its our hard earned money after all. Pleased you haven't had any issues though, but making me less likely to consider Collins.
Your experience maybe different but mine was very poor. Car runs absolutely fine. I did worry about the actuator being fitted and adjusted correctly after the tech said he had only been with Collins 6month. He did say he's fitted quite a few CP2E upgrades so it kind of put my mind to rest.
Another thing I forgot to mention was they had all of my contact details wrong on the invoice. Name was spelt incorrectly, wrong house number and street name. God knows how they ****ed that up🤷. Still haven't received the correct invoice even though I was told it would be emailed out to me.
