A nice little upgrade over standard

 

I bought my Ferodo DS2500 front and rears from Pumaspeed. They came quickly, no issues.

Using them with stock discs as i'm not sure I believe in grooved discs being any better most of the time.

and motorcraft pads off ebay - eg here

you can save a few quid going for mintex discs for example but imo the pagid ones are really good vfm and the motorcraft pads are perfectly good for road use.

I bought drilled and grooved discs for the rear but had nothing but problems so just want to replace all brakes with standard I was looking at the pagid ones but had never heard of them so wasn't sure if they were as you call "good stock brakes"

pagid ones are at least as good as oem. I'd say maybe even better, theyve got a good anti corrosion coating on them.

you can get regular oem ones for cheap enough off fordparts tho.

Pagid are very good oe replacement pad disk my mechanic said they are the only ones he will fit as some of the lesser known stuff can give problems like screeching or sticking
