I have a 2019 ST without the performance pack, has every other option that I wanted but was just missing the PP. Do ford or any other garage offer this as an upgrade that I can fit? It would be the icing on the cake.

Technically, no... But you can fit the diff etc and have a car that performs exactly the same as one with.

yeah, as mentioned, you can get a diff fitted. i suspect you wouldnt get much change from 2-2500 quid tho.

A diff shouldn’t cost more than £1500 fitted (depending on what diff).

Pumaspeed offer them fitted for £1249. Seems like a bargain to me (was quoted £3000 for a wavetrac diff to be fitted to my old Golf R!!!)

Buy a box with the diff and swap it. Less labour and straightforward.

You can then use forscan if the shift light and launch control are your thing.

Here's a box for reasonable money.
