Has anyone replaced the stick on trim that runs down from the top of the door along the edge of the window? I've got a new piece to go on, but too sure the best way to remove it.

I'm wanting to replace both of mine as they're really weathered and faded.....think they're just stickers but I'm a bit reluctant to do it as don't want to make a hash of it! :)
I just put some trim restorer on mine last year, worked a treat. Depends how weathered they are though, but my drivers side was always south facing on our drive, so was hammered by the sun all the time.

The trouble is on the drivers side its sort of peeling off at the bottom, looks unsightly.

Mine look like they were badly fitted from the factory.
They are rippled at the bottom which has always bothered me.
My car was at Ford having some work done, and I asked them to fit a set I bought already.
They quoted £50+VAT, which is a lot of putting stickers on.
But honestly, you know it'll be a ballache to do.
I agreed to have them fitted, but when I collected the car they hadn't been done.
Seems like there was a miscommunication somewhere.
So I've still got a pair of brand new ones here.
I might fit them in the summer, or Ford said I can go back there when I'm ready.

Anyway, here is a post from another forum showing how to do it:
