Engine bay screws

Catcar.info would get you the diagrams to find those screws, I think the far right one is a different thread to the other three as well. They're M6x16mm or 18mm I think

The hooks are for shopping bags etc so they don't fall over on the way home.

What I used to do for non structural M6 stainless bolts (eg for the number plate on my mk6) was get some bicycle brake disc button head bolts. If they are too long they were easy to cut down
