I shouldn't worry about it, they'll have been removed by Ford as a cost save as they must deem them unnecessary. None of the ST Editions come with them as far as I know. A bit like the change to the HVAC temp gauge, used to show the temp on the button... Doesn't on the newer stuff!

I wonder if u can still place the old button to show the temp?

The attachment points are still there though for those blocks

Alot is removed or altered as a cost save for Ford, but we still pay the same for the car...

Altered the plate around shiftknob, altered the plate behind the SYNC3 unit, altered the e-brake cover, removed the light in the glovebox and cupholder,...

It's pretty normal for big OEMs. If you can save a few quid per car on bits, multiplied by the thousands of cars sold, it soon adds up. Most customers wouldn't notice the difference with the minor tweaks, I wouldn't have on most, had I not gone from a 2019 to a 2021. Then you tend to go "Oh that's different from before"
