I'd personally change the complete control arm ( eurocarparts do for about £55 a side ) you can get them cheeper on fleabay.
Remember to get your tracking done, easpecially if you change the track rod end.

Looks like I found the cause of the knocking I have been getting when going over bumps, anyone recommend decent replacement parts, the car is running on standard suspension.
