I guess the first choice to make is if you're replacing the entire control arm or just the lower ball joint. The latter will entail some grinding since the original ball joints are riveted in, but the replacements come with screws that go through the rivet holes. Just the ball joint should be around 1/4 - 1/3 of the price of the entire control arm, at least in my corner of the world.
While not really familiar with Fiestas and what is considered good, I'm pretty certain you can't go wrong with well-known suspension parts manufacturers like TRW, Meyle or Lemforder. At least those have always been my go-to manufacturers for other cars...
