Does anyone have any recommendations for a decent, hard-wearing garage floor paint?

I'm looking for something that's water/oil resistant, easy to put down, easy to clean and doesn't take 3 months to dry.

Is there anything (or any products) that I should avoid?

Any preparation recommended for a concrete floor so that I only have to do the job once? 😆

Edit: Leyland Trade Heavy duty Frigate Grey Satinwood Floor paint comes up a lot in searches, has anyone here used that one?

I think that's the stuff I used at my last property. Was decent to apply and didn't take that long to dry. As with anything painting, prep is the key. Make sure the floor has been swept well and any crumbly parts taken care of. I didn't, but it is advised, to do a watered down coat first, like you do on freshly plastered walls/ceilings.

It's a newish floor but bare concrete at the moment - the biggest problem is the dust coming off it. I keep it swept and hoovered, but it gets naturally dusty again within a day or two.

Putting down an initial watered down coat to seal it sounds like a good idea! 👍
