There is a TSB Technical Service Bulletin 18-2199 in Ford Etis/PTS, for kind of this problem,
Open the effected door,and Slam the door 3 times closed, test the operation of Window, if it doesnt work,
you should remove the Switch cover ,and hit the electric motor slightly with a hammer.,check function again,
If it doesnt Help, remove the door card, loose the 3 bolts at Motor a little bit,2 turns, Hit the Motor again slightly. Test the function.

If it doesnt Help, install New motor.
At all circumstances, spray the Rubber Window sealing with spray: 1380068 ,Teflon Spray for window guide seal.
