If unzipped, try taking a copy of the sub-folder "2014 Fiesta" and all it's contents, save that folder on it's own somewhere, then try to access the "Service Manual" from that 2014 Fiesta folder

It's what I had to do as was having similar issues when trying to access from the top workshop manual folder, even when un-zipped

Yep tried this and still just comes up saying it’s deleted or moved 🤦‍♂️

That's frustrating, I can confirm the manual is there as I needed a fresh one myself, lost my original when my HDD died

I'm not an expert on this type of thing, my go to is usually delete it all and star over, but guessing you've tried that several times already
