Anyone, got a any suggestions for discrete mud flaps (i.e. not "rally" ones lol) and preferably use the existing screws/fittings (no additionl drilling!)

Cheers :)

Short answer, not sure you can. A lot of the aftermarket flaps use the trim bolts for the side skirt at the back, but it also means securing it higher up too.
Rallyflapz have a bracket that attaches nicely to the trim to secure them - it's the best way i've seen after fitting a couple
mmm, thanks for the reply. Just didnt want to start drilling more holes in the wheel arch and potentially giving rot to set in further down the road. I've taken a look at the Rallyflapz but thats not the look I was looking for. But thanks for taking the time to reply.
I've had mountune/rally armour and rallyflapz fitted to my car. The rallyflapz are a much better fit and a lot cheaper. You could trim them down if you wanted a less in your face approach.
Good point. I'll have a think ;-)

Rally Flapz do a shorter version, generally for lowered cars but you can get them if you prefer a slightly less rally look, they’re called ShortieZ and they do them for the mk7.
Thanks, I'll take a look :)
He's a companion of the mountune and rallyflapz on mine. The rallyflapz are the standard length and haven't been trimmed to take into account for the car being lowered. Also I've got them out on the maximum to cover the wheels. Hope it helps.

Hi, it does indeed help. I think I prefer the Rallyflapz. Did you mean HAVEN'T or HAVE "been trimmed to take into account for the car being lowered" ? :)

Haven't. There is an option when ordering asking if the car has been lowered and I selected no as I didn't want them trimmed by 20mm.
Thanks. And are they easy enought to fit? :)
