Nope, depends on the issue but in this case an engine warning light is how serious? I have no contract with mountune so a refund will suffice.Theres a few people with the M260 on here, not sure how many of them are fanboys, but so far theyve not mentioned an issue, could at least let mountune look into it before demanding your £99 back.
In 30 years none of your software had a glitch? If so did you refund the customer or try to sort the issue first?
How do you know there are no problems reported?
