You can polish the plastic on the lights to revive them but it's a job you need to redo periodically once the plastic has started to suffer UV deterioration. You can clean the debris inside the units by taking the bulb out and getting a hoover attachment in.
I got tired of polishing them and decided to laquer them in clear coat but messed up the prep work and kinda ruined them. The solvent I used to degrease prior to painting wasn't suitable and dissolved the plastic 🤦 so I replaced them with aftermarket projector units
