Hi All

I'm in the market for a Fiesta ST, does anyone think Ford will do a run out final edition or should I be looking to snap up one of the cars ordered into stock by a dealer?
Thoughts and opinions welcomed.

My salesman hasn’t heard a peep about any final edition, I asked him on Saturday just gone.

If I was you I’d get one that’s in stock.

As previously said elsewhere, there aren't enough parts left to make a final edition 🤣. Jokes aside, if it were me looking for an ST now, I'd be looking for a low mileage mk8 with all the bells and whistles on...

Well they have ordered a bucket load of Azure blue for the Puma ST so you never know? but personally I really don't think so.
I would love to think that Ford held back a number of 3DR body shells for one last special edition hurrah but sadly Ford marketing are just not that clever!

Yep, they want rid of the Fiesta from their production line ASAP so it can be stripped out to get the all electric line installed.

Won't be long now until even the dealer only orders stop. There's not a snowball's chance in hell they'll invest a second of time or a penny of cash to delay the switchover process.

We're down to that point in one of those post apocalyptic movies when even the non alcoholic beer gets looted 😉

Anyone holding off securing one and keeping their fingers crossed... have fingers that'll never hold a new Fiesta key 🙄

I'm sure you are right but its a missed opportunity a final run of cars in Spirit Blue would have been nice.

As we know Ford have a good history of ending a run with a special edition. But you really feel this time it’s just not going to happen which is a real shame.

I think if it was coming dealers would be told, especially as production ends in 2 and a half months.

Just placed a factory order for a Frozen white ST3 last week, looking at the dealers computer screen production ends in June so not much time left if they were planning a final edition which is a shame really.

I'll be interested, after the dust settles , what the last model cars will be worth on a residual basis a few months down the track.

You can only speculate. My advice would be, if you can buy a new one, just do it. You'll wake up one morning and, they'll all be gone.

Dealer orders for a new car stopped a few months ago.where I'm at . I picked mine up only a week ago. Went into town today and , more than once had people pointing at at it and smiling. So far only 188 kms on the clock.
