Cleaned and fitted matte black side stripes for a subtle OEM look. Detango and DMB overlays soon to come

Hey fellow ST owners.

I don't post much myself, but this week I got my ST fitted with Mountune 165. The car has come alive and makes me smile like an idiot. The pops and bangs on gear changes sound awesome. Got this upgrade fitted as standard cat burnout due to overfueling caused by some sensor which has been replaced now.

Will give the car a clean soon then add a couple pictures here

Well I have been giving the old gal a bit of a rest! Since starting my new job I have a company car! Well my pool car Astra isnt ready so at the moment I am driving this very nice little BlueMotion Golf. Loving the derv! lol

As well as giving the GP a rest, it is at the local BMW dealership having a very nasty case of rust sorted out. Seems the previous owner couldnt get a warranty claim in, so I tried and its all done! I dropped it off last Saturday and it should be ready tomorrow

Drove it to skeg vegas and back yesterday and gave it a clean today.

Went to remove my tints on the rear lights with nail varnish remover but it wouldn't work. So when I was at the shop getting white spirit, my mam decided to try paint stripper on one of the lights. It's took the tint off but I can't get the stripper off the light. Looks like it'll have to be binned

Anyway, I fitted my replacement wing, finally!

Old (paint flaking off, bent etc...)

And new

Don't worry, I gave it a clean up after it was fitted and have given it 2 layers of wax to match the rest of the car. Colour match is spot on!

Aye mate. Gutted. Got one clear normal light and one that's got white paint stripper over the top of it. Couldn't believe it when I got home. She meant well though.
