Just collected wife’s 4 y.o ST3 from Service & MOT. Car has done under 15000 miles from new, nobody drives it except wife. Done under 2k miles in the past year..
Rear discs & pads needed replacing. Fair enough, wear n tear items. A bit concerned that the bushes were shot at this age/mileage. All replaced and in fine fettle now tho.
Do others have this issue or a one off? Comments welcome please, just so I can understand this better.
ps. Wife is Not mechanically unsympathetic in any way with her driving.

I wouldn't say they're a common issue but they are known to perish, I replaced mine with PowerFlex bushes after about 5yrs/45k miles. My lads car with approx. 57k miles could do with them replacing also.
