Cosworth cams

Hi guys,

I've seen some cosworth cams going for cheap and they are claiming to be brand new. Can anyone tell me what comes in the box with the cams? Is it just the two camshafts themselves or do you get the valve springs and bits as well? I just don't want to get fobbed off you see lol. Also, if they don't come with valve springs or anything will I need to get some along with any other parts for them? If so, what, how much and where from?

You get the camshafts and that's it. Post-facelift models have uprated springs anyway compared to the pre-facelift. Jamsport sell the springs if you want to be on the safe side.

Cheers. So just to confirm, pre-facelift being 55plate and below have uprated springs compared to the newer models which don't? Thats a bit strange ha

I shouldn't come on here when I'm tired. I meant to say it is post-facelift that have the uprated springs.
