I was wondering have Haynes taken out a manual for the mk8 ST? There was a manual that covered the 1.0 engine models but I couldn’t see any reference to the 1.5.
It was for stuff such as torque settings etc. And I’d sooner have the info before wading in and potentially damaging something.
I’m perhaps looking in the wrong places hopefully one of you can steer me in the right direction
Thanks in advance 👍

Hi Alex, good to see you back on here.

I have the generic mk8 Haynes online manual (they released the ST versions just after I'd bought it), I don't rate them as much as the old paper versions and I think they used to have a lot more info for your money.

I have been using this (below) for various bits of info, it's fairly generic and does include some bits for 1.5 dragon engined cars even though it doesn't show in the index.
I don't remember seeing torque settings but I wasn't looking for them, I used it for wiring harness info. And it's free . . .

Yeah seems to be the way of it, I did go into Halfords and have a look, but drew a blank. I’ve a haynes for both my escort, and mk5 fiesta. And they really do pay for themselves. Super handy to have the info at hand.
It’s a bit of a pain unlocking a phone with oil on your hands to view something, I find maybe old age here it easier to have an open book to work from.
