Im getting a Service Engine Now message with spanner on when motorway driving/boosting.

I can force this to happen by coming on boost and slightly lifting the accelerator and holding, can hear all the air escaping through DV and then warning is triggered.

Error codes scanned: P0039(73) and P006A(62)

Fiesta ST200 Stage 2 main mods involved is ITG induction (not crossover) and Turbosmart kompact shortie - assume these are the issue as the codes are to do with MAF and Bypass Valve according to scanner.

Could anyone give some pointers to what could cause/what to check? Ive check the dump valve and all i suction hose clips are secure.

Thanks :)

Could be a sticking valve, it might be jammed open for a split second which would chuck some air values off. Try removing the BOV and oiling the piston if required
Any advice on what to oil it with and how to avoid it sticking? I can keep it open and leaking if my foot is in the right position and after about 10 seconds the warning occurs, its not a split second thing
