Do it fella I've had mine for over 25000 miles now with no problems at all.The devil on one shoulder says go for it the angel on the other says wait for the warranty to end 😇😈
At a guess i'd say the obd adapter (against manufacturing or other faults?)and any fault caused by the map maybe? (Highly unlikely)12 month warranty... Would this cover the engine and drivetrain after the car is 3 years old?
I'd wait, why do something that invalidates your warranty. The devil on one shoulder says go for it the angel on the other says wait for the warranty to end 😇😈
Depends on your dealer mate.....I'd wait, why do something that invalidates your warranty.
All warranty claims need to be verified and authorised by Ford UK irrespective of dealer so just want the OP to be aware and weigh up the impact to their warranty. Personally I'm waiting until the warranty ends before handing over my cash to MountuneDepends on your dealer mate.....
A lot of Mountune Pro dealers will be conducive to you fitting the kit but obviously its a personal choice.
I can only echo what @StiggyTheST said though.
I'm guessing you've had a play about with the damper settings, just wondering how you've found them with any changes?I regularly track my PE. I have already done a BBK as the standard brakes didnt stand up to the track, despite new pads and fluid etc.
So by the same token remapping the engine sounds like a good upgrade but on the track will it kill my engine ??
I don't see why it would but it might be worth doing the induction kit, intercooler and the oil cooler when its released as well.I regularly track my PE. I have already done a BBK as the standard brakes didnt stand up to the track, despite new pads and fluid etc.

I have tried different bump and damper settings and to be honest didn't find much difference and it's really hard to adjust the damping from the top ..not very accessible. The performance pack hand book is unhelpful. I was curious to see if you could wind on some spring compression using the c spanner but wasn't really sure why I was doing it. There is a lot of spring compression available given that the collet is down near the bottom of the coilover threads.I'm guessing you've had a play about with the damper settings, just wondering how you've found them with any changes?
I was thinking that myself, namely to start with some of the hardware around the engine first.I don't see why it would but it might be worth doing the induction kit, intercooler and the oil cooler when its released as well.
The m235 really brings the car to life with loads more torque and it revs out to the limiter more urgently.
I did the Revo BBK the lighter calipers made up for the heavier larger disks.Considering the increase in weight of the car the brake diameter should have been increased.... if you consider the last gen FoST had 320 fronts and the newer Mk has increased its porkyness to within a large set driver of the Focus I would have thought they would have at least went with 300mm fronts.....
